The Survey Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering employee engagement, pulse, and other organizational surveys. This role works closely with HR, business stakeholders, and survey vendors to ensure surveys are launched accurately, participation targets are achieved, and results are delivered in a timely manner. The coordinator maintains survey databases, manages participant communications, monitors response rates, performs data quality checks, and assists in preparing survey reports and insights. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance survey processes, data accuracy, and employee experience throughout the survey lifecycle.

  • In conjunction with Global Mobility, works on crew allocations based on an understanding of utilization, compliance, and competencies to match project requirements.
  • In conjunction with Global Mobility, ensures field personnel have a clear and effective journey management plan, managing the journey stages along the way and reacting in a timely manner to any variations.
  • Assist Operations Manager in evaluations of the field support staff by providing feedback on performance.
  • Coordinates with Training & Competency department to identify and provide all offshore personnel training, regulatory compliance, and competency.
  • Organizes teams in support of operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Manager.
  • Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Monitors crew profiles, work experience, and CVs of offshore personnel.

REQUIRED

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Three (3) years Oilfield experience to include at least one year of personnel logistics experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
