Responsibilities Workforce Planning & People Cost Support
- Support the development and maintenance of workforce plans (short-, mid-, and long-term) aligned with business strategy.
- Analyze and monitor Personnel Cost (P‑Cost) and people-related Opex across Business Units.
- Support workforce budgeting, forecasting, headcount tracking, and scenario analysis.
- Coordinate with Finance, HRBPs, and BUs to support cost control, efficiency, and productivity initiatives.
HR Analytics & Data Management
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze HR data related to headcount, attrition, workforce movement, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain HR datasets, dashboards, and analytical models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support advanced HR analytics and workforce modeling to generate insights for management.
- Perform data validation and ensure alignment with HR data governance standards.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular HR and workforce reports for management and senior leadership.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests related to workforce, cost, and HR metrics.
Strategic Projects & Initiatives Support
- Support bank-wide and HR strategic projects, such as:
- Workforce optimization and organization design initiatives
- Cost transformation and productivity improvement projects
- HR transformation and people strategy initiatives
- Provide analytical and data support for strategic discussions and presentations.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Business Units.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Units to support workforce and people cost analysis.
- Provide data-driven inputs and recommendations to support HR strategy execution.
- Deliver work according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, People Cost Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience supporting HR strategy or enterprise-level HR projects is preferred.
- Experience in Banking or Financial services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of workforce metrics, P‑Cost and Opex
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, workforce/cost models)
- Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics (preferred)
- PowerPoint (preferred)
- Data visualization and reporting skillAttention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under timelines
- Continuous improvement and learning mindset
