Your Job

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mechanical equipment to support continuous production.
• Develop, implement, and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance to identify potential failures and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate recurring problems.
• Plan and execute equipment repair, maintenance, modification, and improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and production losses.
• Analyze equipment breakdown data and develop action plans to improve equipment reliability (Asset care strategy)
• Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and maintenance cost optimization.
• Lead or support continuous improvement and reliability improvement projects for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and maintenance teams.
• Support emergency breakdowns and critical equipment issues, including shift, standby, or on-call support when required.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, reliability engineering, or a related field. Experience in continuous-process manufacturing Is an advantage. We are welcome for new Graduates.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance practices, and industrial machinery.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and equipment reliability improvement.
• Knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and continuous improvement are preferred.
• Good understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and other industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work and respond to urgent equipment breakdowns when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, or other engineering/maintenance software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
