Welder - Repair & Maintenance

Qualified 4th-grade Welder with practical experience in SMAW (111) and MIG/MAG (135/136) welding processes.

The candidate must have proven experience in the fabrication, repair, and welding of steel structures using manual metal arc welding (SMAW) and semi-automatic welding in a shielding gas environment (MIG/MAG).

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings and documentation.
• Strictly comply with welding procedures, technological processes, and quality requirements.
• Perform fitting and assembly work, as well as metal cutting and grinding operations.
• Participate in the fabrication and installation of metal structures of varying complexity in accordance with production standards.
• Work with hard metals for the maintenance of fishing tools, including cutter dressing/repair, such as tungsten carbide hardfacing and the application of hard-metal inserts.
• Modify existing equipment.
• Manufacture equipment from raw materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a welder, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in SMAW (electrode welding), MIG/MAG, manual arc welding, and automatic welding.
• Secondary vocational/technical education.
• 4th-grade Gas and Electric Welder qualification/certificate.
• Experience working with carbide, including its application/hardfacing, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of English is preferred.

Кандидат должен обладать подтверждённым опытом выполнения работ по изготовлению, ремонту и сварке стальных конструкций с применением ручной дуговой сварки (SMAW) и полуавтоматической сварки в среде защитных газов (MIG/MAG).

В обязанности входит :

• Чтение и интерпретация технической и конструкторской документации,
• Строгое соблюдение технологических процессов и требований сварочных процедур,
• Выполнение слесарно-сборочных работ, операций по резке и шлифовке металла,
• Участие в изготовлении и монтаже металлоконструкций различной сложности в соответствии с производственными стандартами.
• Работа с твёрдыми металлами по обслуживанию ловильного оборудования, а именно для вооружения фрезов (наплавления карбидо-вольфрама, твёрдых вставок)
• Модифицирование оборудования
• Изготовление оборудования из сырья

Требования:

• Минимум 3 года опыт работы сварщиком, предпочтительно в нефтегазовой сфере
• Умение работать методами SMAW (электрод), MIG/MAG, ручная дуговая, автоматическая сварка
• Среднее профессиональное образование
• Удостоверение газоэлектросварщика 4 разряда
• Опыт работы с карбидом (применение/нанесение) приветствуется
• Знание английского язык предпочтительно
