To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as

Process Engineer

Qualifications

• Technical degree – Bac+5

• Professional experience in production – 1 to 3 years : in automotive or aeronautical manufacturing, preferably in assembly processes, production engineering, methods, or industrialization.

• Knowledge of production and assembly processes :Good understanding of industrial production processes, assembly operations, workstations, production flows, standard work, cycle times, line balancing, and process parameters.

• Ability to identify process deviations and support production performance improvement.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing tools (SMED,VSM,Lean…)

• Knowledge of SAP and MTM

• Basic knowledge of automated production systems and equipment integration

• Analytical and problem-solving skills :Strong ability to analyze production, quality, and process data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto analysis, and PDCA.

  Responsibilities

• Analyze process failures and quality issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D methodologies.

• Define and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the Maintenance team.

• Provide technical support during serial production.

• Conduct feasibility studies for new production concepts.

• Prepare and optimize production layouts and logistics concepts for serial projects.

• Support PPAP, APQP, and PFMEA activities.

• Perform and analyze MTM/UAS time studies.

• Calculate production line capacity and identify capacity constraints.

• Define manpower requirements based on production needs.

• Prepare CAPEX requests in collaboration with Operations and relevant stakeholders.

• Create and maintain standardized work instructions.

• Maintain SAP routings and master data.

• Define and standardize production processes.

• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of process parameters.
