Quality Assurance Engineer

Qualifications

• Engineer degree
• Quality core tools knowledge
• Communication skills
• Good English skills written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Ensure that in-house products meet all quality requirements before shipment to customers.
• Oversee and support the training of colleagues in the creation of test instructions.
• Oversee and support the training of colleagues in the development of control plans.
• Manage production approval activities for in-house products.
• Manage product and delivery approval processes prior to customer shipment.
• Coordinate and oversee internal complaint processing and resolution.
• Conduct tolerance field analysis to evaluate the compliance and capability of in-house products.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of quality assurance processes related to product quality and customer requirements.
