To enrich our Research and Development department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d’El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as

Drafting Technician

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent experience in technical drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation.
• Solid understanding of mechanical development methods.
• Ability to work independently and analyze non-routine problems.
• Experience in training and supporting employees to improve skill levels, with a future role as mentor within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and take ownership of activities within the Mechanical Engineering Change (MEC) process
• Translate engineering requirements into optimized design solutions in close collaboration with responsible engineers, using CAD/CAM/CAE tools
• Create, update, and maintain 2D and 3D engineering drawings in compliance with applicable standards
• Prepare and manage bills of materials (BOMs) and internal production documentation
• Apply core mechanical design principles (e.g., 3D modeling, tolerance stack-up) to support product development and continuous improvement
