To enrich our Program Management department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d’El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as

Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.

• Experience in the automotive or mechatronics industry is an advantage.

• Leadership and ability to lead international project teams.

• Strong project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills.

• Experience in engineering change management and new product introduction (NPI).

• Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of methodologies such as 8D and QRQC.

• Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

• Proficiency with software tools such as SAP, Agile, and Microsoft Office.

  Responsibilities

• Lead global program management for series production.

• Introduce new product variants according to customer requirements.

• Lead multicultural project teams and technical experts.

• Manage product engineering changes.

• Lead customer meetings and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with customer milestones.

• Plan and control project budgets.

• Lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) cost reduction workshops.

• Lead production capacity expansion investments in line with customer forecasts.

• Support internal and supplier production relocation activities.

• Provide regular project status reports to management.

• Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
