IT Business Consulting Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science

• Good understanding of SAP business processes and the resulting system configuration

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP in one of the main logistic modules MM, WM (or EWM) and PP including customizing

• Experience and detailed knowledge of business processes for the Supply Chain Management in the automotive industries / in a manufacturing environment

• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details

• Excellent time management skills to make sure project and daily work can be complete in time

• Strong problem-solving skills can describe problem/issues logically, solving in efficient way, and ability to work with minimal supervision necessary

  Responsibilities

• Local Support of the existing Business-Processes in our MQ-SAP S/4 HANA system (mainly at the two production plants in Tunis)

• Local Support of the existing Business-Processes in MQ Traceability-System iTAC (mainly at the two production plants in Tunis) and SAP EWM

• Act as the key contact person for SAP and iTAC users at the Tunis plants, providing support for business questions, incidents, and process optimization requirements.

• Serve as a member of the global SAP and iTAC teams within Corporate IT, acting as the interface between IT and business users at the Tunis plants for new demands, enhancements, and system-related initiatives.

• Participate in SAP and iTAC projects when new functionalities are rolled out, contributing to conceptual design, implementation, testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities.

• Provide post-implementation process and application support to ensure alignment and consistency between business processes and SAP/iTAC system functionalities.

• Identify, initiate, and drive Continuous Improvement (CCI) opportunities to optimize SAP and iTAC processes, applications, and system performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global IT teams to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and successful delivery of system enhancements.

• Support change management activities, user training, and knowledge transfer to facilitate the adoption of new processes and functionalities.
