Stock Control Officer

HealthActiv is currently recruiting a Stock Officer who will be responsible for conducting perpetual inventory counts and performing stock adjustments within the system. This position will report directly to the Stock Controller.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts, monitoring stock levels, and enforcing FIFO/FEFO principles in the ERP system.

• Participate in internal and external audit

• Promote continuous improvement in inventory processes and contribute to ERP data integrity and procedural updates

• Cross functional collaboration with procurement, supply chain and finance

• Prepare variance reports, identify and investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions to resolve stock issues.

• Update and reconcile ERP inventory records, process stock adjustments, and ensure proper documentation for audits.

• Track aging and expired stock, support product recalls, and assist in quality investigations as per regulatory standards.

• Support stock optimization initiatives by recommending improvements, conducting routine audits, and ensuring compliance with standard procedures.

• Participate in perpetual and annual stock takes to maintain accurate inventory data and audit compliance.

• Assist in periodic reviews of the stock cycle to maintain proper valuation, custody, insurance, and disposal of stock items.

Job Requirements
• Minimum HSC qualification

• Minimum 2 Years in stock or inventory control, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.

• Holder of a valid driving license (Private Car or Goods Vehicle).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS word, Excel and email, with experience using ERP systems.

• Can easily adapt to changes
