MAKER SPECIALIST

Based on Line Centric Organization (LCO) in MP, the position will be the owner of Maker Mechanic Technology & the second level of defect resolution. They are responsible for Maker machine runability, productivity and efficiency.

As the Maker Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Maker Machine Operations & Improvement:
  • Define, check, create and improve Maker technical and operational standards. 制定、查檢、建立及改善捲煙機台技術及操作標準。
  • Proactively propose machine runability, productively & efficiency improvement plan & implementation. 積極地提出機台運轉能力、產能及效率改善計畫並執行。
  • Drives the correction of complex faults including actions derived through the RG-PDCA process. Execution of preventive maintenance. 推動複雜故障問題之矯正措施，包含經由RG-PDCA流程導出之解決方案。執行預保措施。
  • Be the backup for problem resolution to ensure maker machine keep delivering the volume on time. Performs technology / process upgrades. 為機台問題解決之代理人員，以確保捲煙機台持續並準時達成產量目標。執行技術及製程之升級任務。
  • Flexible working hours & unexpected overtime might be expected. 須配合彈性工作時間 & 突發性之加班。.
• Improvement:
  • Participates in cause analyses of deficiencies and complaints, proactively initiates action and active participation in quality and efficiency improvement in a subordinate area.
    參與故障缺失及客訴之根本原因分析相關工作，積極地主導品質及效率改善領域相關的所有行動。
• Training:
  • Train team members on maker machine operation, troubleshooting and all related activities to keep improving Production KPI target.
    訓練團隊人員捲煙機台運作、故障排除及所有相關工作，以持續改善生產KPI(關鍵績效指標)目標。
• ComplianceCompliance:
  • Responsible for compliance with specific work environment (assurance of proper work conditions). Enforces factory safety rules, inspects and guarantees employees awareness and abidance by the safety rules in coordination with EHS Department. Responsible for production facilities housekeeping standards – 5S3R code of conduct implementation as a “way of life” in all production related facilities.

• Environment, Health and Safety (for all shopfloor colleagues):
  • Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
    明白工作潛在風險危害、瞭解並採取相關預防措施以確保工作安全暨衛生。
  • Ensure compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as the cooperation on the continuous improvement process. 依循JTI對工作危害的職安準則要求、恪守相關職安法令/法規，並配合對現有工作環境的持續改善與優化。
  • Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor and carry out any measures to eliminate them. 展現安全行為，主動呈報主管職安意外、虛驚事故、未規範到之不安全情況與行為。採取對應措施以消弭上述事宜。

Who are we looking for?

• • Bachelor degree diploma or equivalent recommended (preferably technical).
    相關大學文憑或同等學歷 (技術相關優先).
  • Minimum 5 years experience on Hauni Maker Operation.
    具備 5 年以上 Hauni Maker 操作經驗
  • Communicative command of English 具備英文溝通能力
  • PC user 具備基本電腦使用能力
  • Knowledge of technical and technological issues. 技術及技術問題相關知識.
