PORSCHE INTER AUTO UKRAINE LLC is the official dealer of Volkswagen and Audi cars in Kyiv and Kyiv region. The company was founded in 2008 and is a part of the Austrian company Porsche Holding Salzburg, which is the largest car sales company in Europe.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Providing technical support to users and resolving IT incidents.
• Configuring and maintaining computer hardware, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Managing user accounts and access rights.
• Installing, updating, and supporting software and operating systems.
• Monitoring IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintaining documentation and handling requests through the Service Desk system.
• Training and advising users on IT tools and services.

Qualification requirements

• Experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to excellent user support.
