Fleet Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

Document all vehicle incidents and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor. Review shift logs/daily memo books. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Monitor and direct all vehicle traffic on property to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, record advance transportation request. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Monitor and maintain parking areas/levels, report any potential security problems to manager/supervisor. Inspect property vehicles.

Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Read/visually verify information in a variety of formats. Grasp, turn, manipulate, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds. Reach overhead and below the knees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License
