Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of spa treatment areas, locker rooms, lounges, fitness spaces, restrooms, and guest amenities areas
- Restock towels, robes, linens, beverages, toiletries, and spa supplies throughout the shift
- Ensure spa facilities are consistently maintained in accordance with luxury hospitality and cleanliness standards
- Greet guests professionally and assist with spa orientation, facility information, and guest requests as needed
- Support Spa Reception, Therapists, and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor guest areas regularly to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Assist with laundry collection, linen organization, and distribution of spa supplies as assigned
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, requests, and service recovery opportunities
- Follow all sanitation, workplace safety, and hotel operational procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
- Support spa events, wellness programs, VIP experiences, and operational initiatives as assigned
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professionalism, appearance, and attentive guest service
Qualifications
- Previous spa, hospitality, housekeeping, wellness, fitness, or guest service experience preferred
- Luxury hotel or spa experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in guest-facing environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
