In thistemporary role, you’ll provide administrative and technical support while serving as an important point of contact for residents, customers, County staff, and other agencies. Your work will help keep daily operations moving—from answering questions and maintaining records to processing permits, service requests, work orders, and inspections.

You’ll assist customers with service requests, inspection requests, and other department services by reviewing information for accuracy and completeness, entering and updating records, and providing required documentation. You may also help maintain official records, compile data, and support department projects and activities.

Customer service is at the heart of this position. Whether you’re helping someone by responding to a service request or complaint, coordinating an inspection, or assisting a coworker, you’ll provide clear information and help connect customers with the resources they need.
