We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Graphic Designer to develop impactful product storytelling

that enhance the customer journey and support retail marketing campaign initiatives. This role is

responsible for creating artwork and production-ready files for in-store signage, environmental

graphics, window displays, and support key brand stories that drive customer engagement and

sales. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with an understanding of retail

environments, brand consistency, and hierarchy of visual storytelling. This role will also support

with retail marketing render integration, and partner closely with the VM Operations team to

facilitate the handoff of production-ready files to regional teams. Through strong attention to detail,

communication, and executional support, this position will help ensure consistent and impactful

retail marketing seasonal plans that elevate the brand globally.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design in-store marketing materials such as window displays, seasonal signage, evergreen

marketing, athlete storytelling, and production communications.

• Help to translate global marketing campaigns into consumer-facing retail expressions.

• Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate closely with visual merchandising and retail operations teams.

• Prepare production-ready artwork and manage files for print vendors and external partners.

• Review proofs and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.

• Support seasonal campaigns, store openings, and product launches.

• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand resources.

• Prepare leadership-level creative approval decks.

• Lead integration of seasonal retail marketing creative into IWD renders.

• Support key Go-to-Market (GTM) milestones by coordinating production timelines, managing

retail marketing inventory, and tracking the development and delivery of marketing assets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications.

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or

marketing environments.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

InDesign

• Knowledge of production processes, print specifications, and file preparation.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple

priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and environmental design.

• Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills.

Preferred

• Experience designing for retail stores or consumer-facing brands.

• Experience in ASANA or related project management software.

• Comfortability in 3D rendering software such as IWD, Sketch-up or related software.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Brighton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.26 - $35.48/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
