About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Data Transformation Initiative that is foundational to a multi-year business and technology roadmap.
- This high-visibility role will lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption efforts associated with product data modernization, product hierarchy restructuring, and process transformation.
- The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, product development teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- This is a newly created role within a greenfield initiative and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships quickly, and enjoys creating structure where none currently exists.
What You'll Do
- Conduct organizational change impact assessments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Create and manage communication plans for leadership, stakeholders, and impacted teams.
- Design and deliver training strategies and adoption programs.
- Lead organizational readiness activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Drive user adoption and long-term behavioral change.
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment throughout the transformation.
- Facilitate leadership engagement and stakeholder buy-in.
- Develop executive presentations, project updates, and status communications.
- Establish and scale change management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through effective communication and engagement strategies.

- Product data audit and cleanup
- Product data modernization
- Product hierarchy restructuring
- Marketing taxonomy and attribute transformation
- Product information management improvements

Required Qualifications
- Experience within retail, footwear, apparel, consumer products, or merchandising organizations.
- Product Development or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
- FlexPLM experience or exposure.
- Experience supporting product data transformation initiatives.
- Organizational readiness and adoption strategy expertise.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Change management certification or methodology experience.
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise business transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence skills.
- Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Ability to influence and gain alignment without direct authority.
- Experience managing change in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
