Clinical Sales Specialist, Robotic Surgery

SOFMEDICA is looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist, Robotic Surgery to join our team in Uzbekistan.

This is not your typical sales role.

You will work side by side with surgeons and hospital teams, supporting them as they adopt and use DaVinci, one of the world’s most advanced robotic surgery technology.

You’ll be there where innovation becomes clinical practice: in the operating room.

As our Clinical Sales Specialist, Robotic Surgery, you will:

• Provide hands-on clinical and technical support during robotic surgery procedures
• Work closely with surgeons, OR teams, anesthesia and sterilization teams
• Train and continuously support healthcare professionals in the use of the technology
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Help hospitals successfully develop and grow their robotic surgery programs
• Ensure the right instruments and technology are ready when they matter most
• Contribute to the development of robotic surgery in a market with exciting potential

Requirements

You might come from medical devices, biomedical engineering, nursing, healthcare or another clinical/technical environment.

What matters just as much is how you think.

You’re curious. You learn fast. You stay calm when things get technical. You communicate confidently with healthcare professionals. And the idea of being inside an operating room excites you more than sitting behind a desk.

You will also need:

• Experience with medical devices and/or clinical support; OR exposure is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel and support procedures on-site
• Fluent Uzbek and/or Russian, plus good command of English
• Driving licence
