Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Formulate and implement localized operation strategies focused on User Acquisition, Retention, and Active Engagement.
• Localized Execution: Drive end-to-end operational projects, including Content, Events, and Community management tailored to Vietnamese user habits.
• HQ Collaboration: Maintain close alignment with the Chinese Headquarters to ensure local actions remain consistent with the company's global direction and rhythm.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track core metrics (New users, Retention, Conversion) and analyze operational data to continuously optimize growth effectiveness.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the Vietnamese social media ecosystem and competitors' dynamics to provide strategic feedback and user insights.
• Cross-team Synergy: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Marketing or related majors preferred.
• Proven experience in User/Content/Growth Operations (Global/Overseas market experience is a plus).
• Native Vietnamese with good English proficiency; Chinese is a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnamese social media ecosystem and local culture. Nice to Have:
• Basic communication or working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin).
• Basic video editing, shooting, or graphic design skills.
• Platform Expertise: Familiar with Vietnam's mainstream social platforms and local content trends
• Passion for language learning and cross-cultural communication. Working Time & Location
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break). Off on Saturdays & Sundays.
