Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

  • Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, productivity, yield, and cycle time.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, define project scope, establish measurable KPIs, and track project benefits.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies including DMAIC, VSM, SMED, 6S, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, SIPOC, FMEA, and DOE to eliminate waste and process variation.
  • Analyze manufacturing and process data using Minitab, Power BI, and Excel to identify trends, correlations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to implement sustainable corrective and improvement actions.
  • Support Industry 4.0, digitalization, and automation initiatives aligned with site CI strategy.
  • Develop dashboards, data visualization, and workflow automation using Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Support digital transformation projects and evaluate new technologies for manufacturing applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI systems covering idea generation, project pipeline, benefit tracking, recognition, and rewards.
  • Coach and mentor Engineers and project members on CI methodologies, statistical tools, and structured problem-solving.
  • Conduct Lean/CI training and facilitate Kaizen, waste elimination, and continuous improvement events.
  • Act as a change agent to strengthen Continuous Improvement culture across manufacturing functions.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing experience, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional CI projects with measurable financial and operational results.
  • Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving capabilities using Minitab, DOE, FMEA, SPC, and DMAIC.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and data visualization.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0, manufacturing digitalization, or automation projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; IATF 16949 knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively across local and global teams.

Working Condition:

  • Working location:2A – 1.F1, Tran Phu Street, Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
  • Working hours: 40 hours/ week (Mon-Fri)
  • Shuttle buses are provided
