Technician 2, Equipment Maintenance

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance-60%

• Responsible for the machine`s maintenance, installation and debugging.
• Responsible for machine preventive maintenance and ensure equipment PM is completed on time.
• Responsible for repairing equipment failure in assigned area.
• Assist engineer to do some improvement work.
• Complete the department repair KPI (Downtime Rate/MTTR/MTBF).

Qualification-20%

• Responsible for the parts of qualification work of the new machine.

Training-20%

• Complete assigned training course timely and stay current in his craft knowledge.

Education & Experience

• Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate. Major in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechanical and Electrical or related majors.
• From 3 years working experience in in maintenance at manufacturing.

Skill

• Good knowledge and experience in equipment and maintenance aspect.
• Good English in reading, writing and speaking and need have electrician certificate.

Working Conditions

Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, etc.
