The Admin will oversee end‑to‑end administration of retirement, pension and provident fund products, handle death, funeral and disability claims, and manage investment portfolio activities. The role supports new business onboarding, policy renewals, anniversary administration, and ensures compliance with 37C risk guidelines while coordinating with banking partners, accounting teams, and customers to deliver seamless fund and investment services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in insurance, fund or investment management
- Working knowledge of 37C risk guidelines and death/funeral claim processes
- Familiarity with retirement, pension and provident fund administration
- Experience in investment portfolio administration and transaction handling
- Strong analytical, accounting and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fund administration software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage policy renewal, new business and anniversary processes
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
