Parts Sales and Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Successfully promoting, administering, and increasing user interaction on the MyLiebherr platform.
  • Ensuring adherence and compliance to KPI’s by the national parts sales, procurement, and inventory teams.
  • MIN Sales administration
  • Manage the MyLiebherr platform end-to-end, including user support, training, administration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and train Liebherr employees, dealers, service partners, and customers to maximise platform adoption and effective use.
  • Distribute and monitor national Parts Sales, Procurement, and Inventory KPIs.
  • Report and escalate non-conformances and drive compliance with established processes.
  • Use KPI reporting to drive accountability, improve operational performance, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring performance gaps and work with the relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the complete end to end administration for Min parts – export and local

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Experience in customer service and parts counter sales
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
