The role...

In this pivotal role, you will manage your own high-value, multi-track caseload from initial client interview through to successful resolution. You will handle complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy and sound strategic judgement, ensuring the highest standards of litigation and client care throughout.

Alongside your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues with higher-value and more complex cases, gaining valuable exposure to challenging work and contributing to the wider team’s success. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative, high-performing team, where knowledge-sharing, development and mutual support are central to success.

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyer with a genuine desire to make their work count. You will bring:

• Proven experience managing complex clinical negligence claims
• Demonstrable supervisory experience, with the ability to support, guide and develop colleagues
• Confidence in identifying and driving key medico‑legal issues
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to exceptional client care
