Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys coordinating complex processes.

IF you have the following, you might be perfect for this role:

• University degree;
• Previous working experience (1-2 years) in an international environment, ideally experience with international mobility;
• General understanding of global mobility aspects and potential social security/tax and immigration issues;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other Central European language is an advantage;
• Ability to work with limited supervision across teams located in various time zones;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• MS Office skills on advanced level;
• Ability to execute multiple tasks and navigate in a very complex environment.

Your future role

• You will support all types of international moves into, from or within Deloitte Central Europe.
• You will coordinate the remote work from abroad requests for Deloitte Central Europe
• You may be involved in various aspects of relocation due to assignments and project work (relocation conditions, immigration, tax, and other entitlements).
• Support the resolution of all challenges associated with relocation.
• Responsibility for documentation required for international moves.
• Promote mobility and compliance within the Firm and among our employees.
