Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. It’s not about pushing a product — it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment. If you’re resilient, resourceful, and energized by the messy reality of doing big things — this is where you’ll grow.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns for key partners, navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines from setup to performance reporting.
  • Develop and create marketing assets to maximize campaign visibility while collaborating across operations and growth teams to align strategic calendars.
  • Curate and merchandise partner offers through in-menu collections, making data-backed trade-offs to optimize for both discovery and sales.
  • Solve messy operational problems, including order investigations and fraud escalations, using sound judgment to unblock partners in real time.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify expansion opportunities and provide actionable recommendations that influence partner strategy.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by communicating clearly and staying resilient through tough conversations or technical blockers.

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to perform data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B, e-commerce, or food delivery marketplace setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high accountability and organizational discipline.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for using data to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Adaptability and a "go-getter" mindset to thrive through constant change.
