The Impact You'll Make
As a Talent Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in shaping the candidate and stakeholder experience. By coordinating candidate visits, supporting recruiting processes, and managing a variety of administrative activities, you help create a seamless experience for candidates, managers, and business partners. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will directly contribute to efficient hiring processes and the successful delivery of talent initiatives.
What You'll Do
As Lam's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) continues to evolve, this role will grow alongside it, offering opportunities to take on additonal responsibilities and contribute to broader TA initiatives. As part of the Talent Acquisition team in Austria, this role provides coordination and administrative support across recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate experience, employer branding initiatives, and day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations.
Recruiting Support
- Support high-volume scheduling and fluctuating agendas for onsite interviews with complex and dynamic schedules, providing candidates or interviewers with supporting information
- Coordinate candidate onsite interviews and site visits, including travel arrangements, agendas, meeting room bookings, visitor registration, and related logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding travel arrangements and reimbursement processes and manage such and support candidate throughout the whole process ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Provide administrative support to Hiring Managers during requisition creation and workforce planning activities in HR-systems
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure recruiting activities are executed accurately and on time
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition Team and HR activities, including systems administration, event coordination, and vendor management
- Administrative tasks related to career fairs as well as onsite visits for external groups (schools, universities, industry partners, and other visitors)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of recruiting and event-related materials and also manage its procurement and distribution
- Support cross-functional projects and operational activities within HR and Talent Acquisition
Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed commercial education (Bachelor or HAK, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in administration, recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A valid work permit for Austria is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruiting or HR processes
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Employee Connect, Magnit, SAP, or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating events, candidate visits, or travel logistics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
What we're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group E-F. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
The candidate for this position will be hired through a third party agency.
