Summary
The Public Works Director shall supervise all public works related functions in the City to include Streets, Water, Wastewater, Storm Water and Parks. The Public Works Director will work with the City Administrator to develop and implement budgets and policies. This position will also work with the City Engineer, as well as deal effectively with citizens and their concerns.
Minimum requirements: MN Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record, have or ability to obtain a MN Class D Water Operator License, Mn Class D Sewer Operator's License and a Class B Driver's License within the first year of employment.
Applicant will be required to have a health physical prior to job and be subject to drug testing.
2+ years of experience in the Public Works field is desired.
This is a non-union position.
