APAC Material Planner, Fulfillment, Energy Service

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven Fulfillment Planner to support international and domestic distribution of energy service parts in APAC. You will work cross-functionally with global supply chain, warehousing, material planning, channel planning, service, finance, and production control to grow and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee order fulfillment of high volume distribution locations, monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export
  • Work with supply chain leadership, logistics and business intelligence managers to establish strategic objectives and logistics road map for service, MRB and e-commerce
  • Keep track of aging service orders and follow up with logistic carriers on aging/delayed shipments.
  • Driving order fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Develop global distribution strategy to support complex and high volume service supply chain
  • Collaborate with industrial engineers, business intelligence team and system development team regularly to initiate improvements to our internal systems.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus.
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
