The Role
Reporting to the Supervisor – Trade Services, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of inventory management activities across domestic, bulk and container operations. Overseeing stock movements from receival through to outturn, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting commercial outcomes and ensuring seamless operational execution.
Working closely with the Trading team and other key stakeholders, you will manage daily stock reconciliations, regrades, ticketing, error resolution, track transactions and master data maintenance.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis through to the end of March 2027.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer and grower experience.
- Maintain master data and support harvest readiness activities.
- Manage stock movements, transfers, reconciliations and related transactions across domestic, bulk and container operations.
- Administer the execution of all aspects of Track Trade sales and purchases accurately and on time.
- Maintain work instructions and contribute to operational performance through effective stock management and support activities.
- Assist the M&T domestic marketing, trading and execution program
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar inventory, stock control or logistics coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with data.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
