About the role:

This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping our Frame & Truss manufacturing network moving, connecting customer demand, production capability and delivery outcomes across multiple sites. As our Senior Production Scheduler, you'll help optimise production flow across the region, working closely with operations, customer-facing teams and transport partners to ensure commitments are met safely, efficiently and reliably. What's involved:

You'll be at the centre of regional production planning, helping create the best possible outcomes for our customers, teams and manufacturing operations by:

  • Coordinating and optimising production schedules across multiple Frame & Truss manufacturing sites.
  • Balancing capacity, labour availability and customer demand to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Identifying constraints, risks and bottlenecks early, then working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
  • Partnering with Site Leaders, Production Managers and customer-facing teams to align production plans with operational capability.
  • Supporting transport and delivery planning to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
  • Providing clear, accurate updates to stakeholders and helping manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Using operational data and system insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Contributing to a positive safety culture by supporting safe work practices and encouraging proactive risk management.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning and workflow management.
  • Experience coordinating priorities across multiple production lines, work centres or sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP or similar production planning systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
