About the Role
Wonder Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager
to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across clients, sales activities, external BDMs, and internal teams.
This role is responsible for managing key administrative and customer-facing processes across the sales journey, including contracts management, CRM and finance updates, lead engagement, sales meetings, pipeline management, external relationship coordination, and day-to-day sales team support
.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, commercially minded, and confident communicating with both clients and external stakeholders. You will play an important role in keeping the sales pipeline moving, ensuring information and documentation remain accurate, and supporting the Sales Manager and wider team in delivering an efficient and professional customer experience.
1. Contracts Management
a. Prepare, manage, and maintain all sales-related contracts and agreements.
b. Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal processes and relevant legal standards.
c. Liaise with legal and compliance teams where necessary to finalize documentation.
2. Sales CRM & Finance Updates
a. Regularly update the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate deal statuses, client notes, and activity logs.
b. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper alignment between CRM data and invoicing/payment records.
3. Sales Activities
a. Proactively contact incoming and prospective leads to qualify interest, answer initial questions, and progress them through the sales pipeline.
b. Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads, coordinating diaries and confirming appointment details ahead of time.
c. Run sales meetings with prospective clients, presenting the offering, addressing questions and objections, and working toward a confirmed booking.
4. External BDM (Business Development Manager) Support
a. Maintain and manage relationships with external BDMs by facilitating communication, document sharing, and timely updates.
b. Act as a point of contact for BDM-related coordination and inquiries.
5. Support to Sales Manager
a. Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
b. Assist in executing tasks related to client follow-ups, lead tracking, reporting, and internal documentation.
6. External Relationship Coordination
a. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, vendors, developers, etc.).
b. Ensure smooth communication and resolve coordination issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Team Structure & Day-to-Day Management
a. Support daily operations of the sales team by helping organize schedules, meetings, and task allocation.
b. Maintain internal communication channels and ensure the team operates efficiently and collaboratively.
8. Sales Pipeline Management
a. Maintain an up-to-date and organized sales pipeline across all stages.
b. Identify bottlenecks, follow up on outstanding leads, and ensure the pipeline reflects current priorities and opportunities.
9. Meeting Preparation & Fireflies Updates
a. Assist in preparing agendas and summaries for internal and external meetings.
b. Ensure Fireflies (or any meeting documentation tool) is updated with accurate meeting recordings, notes, and action items.
c. Follow up on pending tasks post-meetings to ensure completion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar role .
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing contracts and documentation.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and conducting sales meetings.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Fireflies, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is advantageous.
