Responsibilities
About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the growth of our Australian market. This role will focus on expanding strategic collaboration channels, managing external speakers, and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership & Channel Development
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with:
- Financial institutions
- Cross-industry organisations
- Financial educators, KOLs, and industry speakers
- Lead negotiations and execution of co-hosted events and marketing collaborations
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partner relationships
- Speaker & Content Management Oversee and guide external speakers to ensure:
- Clear seminar structure and logical content flow
- Delivery of high-quality financial educational content
- Effective integration of our product value propositions
- Ensure content aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Campaign & Event Execution
- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels and venues — from concept and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting
- Support offline seminars, webinars, and co-branded events
- Track performance metrics and contribute to campaign analysis and reporting Marketing Content & Materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign materials tailored to different customer segments
- Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and compliance standards General Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing initiatives
- Manage vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience within the financial industry, in roles such as:
- Business Development
- Partnerships
- Marketing
- Operations
- Public Relations
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing initiatives to growth and revenue outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Hands-on, agile mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
- Comfortable with working 1–2 evenings per week (approx. until 9pm) when events are scheduled (time off in lieu provided)
