The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.

Service SA delivers streamlined transactional and regulatory services through a multichannel model.

The Business Coordinator supports workforce, business, and operational functions across Service SA. The role leads coordination of recruitment, workforce planning, and business improvement initiatives, while ensuring the accuracy of data, delivering insights and reporting, and supporting workforce strategies such as succession planning, diversity, and retention. The position also builds strong stakeholder relationships and provides timely, solution-focused advice with professionalism and confidentiality.

Special Conditions Attached to the role

  • A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
  • A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
  • Some out of hours and weekend work may be required.

Remuneration ASO5 - $92,122 to $102,456 pa + superannuation.
