We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our team on Financial projects and to address critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders.

You will support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Public Sector industry from strategy definition to implementation by:

• Engage in quality discussions with C-suite clients, showcasing creativity and industry knowledge.
• Provide clients with strategic insights and define initiatives and projects in digital finance transformation, performance management, system-integrated solution.
• Assess company performance through benchmarking with industry peers.
• Implement improvements and a system-integrated vision of the target operating model.
• Optimize finance processes in Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, or Closing & Consolidation.
• Provide support to business development initiatives.

Let's talk about you

• You obtained a Master degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• You have a passion in or knowledge of public sector processes and organizations
• Expertise in finance organization, controlling, business process optimization, operating models or finance tools.
• Experience in the use of one or more ERP systems is considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders.
• You are hands-on, client- and result-oriented, and you have excellent social, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus. Other languages are considered as a plus.
