Your Job

As a Regional Master Planning & Scheduling Manager, you will play a critical role in connecting strategic business objectives with operational execution across the region. This newly created leadership position will drive planning excellence by balancing service, inventory, capacity, and financial performance while enabling fast, high-quality decision-making in a complex manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, challenges the status quo, and creates value through collaboration, analytical thinking, and talent development. In this role, you will influence key business decisions, strengthen planning capabilities, and help shape the future of the regional supply chain organization.

Our Team

Our Supply Chain Planning team serves as the link between commercial strategy and operational execution. We work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and Commercial teams to optimize business performance and deliver value to customers.

As part of this team, you will lead the regional planning and scheduling capability while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to ensure alignment and execution.

What You Will Do

  • Drive alignment between business priorities and operational execution by connecting S&OP plans with day-to-day decision making through the S&OE process.
  • Optimize inventory, capacity utilization, customer service, and profitability through effective master planning strategies and data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business scenarios, manage trade-offs, and deliver recommendations that maximize value creation.
  • Strengthen planning performance by identifying opportunities, removing constraints, and improving execution across the supply chain.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning maturity, decision quality, and business results.
  • Build strong relationships across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop future leaders by coaching team members and creating an environment that supports growth, learning, and high performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes, including S&OP, S&OE, master planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Experience making business decisions that balance service, inventory, capacity, operational constraints, and financial objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience in asset-intensive, continuous-process, automotive, metallurgical, glass, or other complex manufacturing environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating business trade-offs and scenario planning.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, or supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience leveraging planning systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
