About the Role
Mandara Spa at Atlantis, Paradise Island is hiring a Male Spa Host to run our male locker room — the first and last impression of the guest spa experience. You'll welcome guests, orient them to the facility, and keep the space spotless, stocked, and relaxing. This position involves direct access to the locker room where guests change and shower, so it is limited to male candidates as a bona fide occupational qualification.

No prior spa experience required. We provide full paid training, including certification in Elemis/Mandara signature services within your first 30 days.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in guests, and orient them to the facility
• Keep towels, linens, and beverages stocked and the space guest-ready at all times
• Learn our full menu of services and products so you can answer guest questions confidently
• Support the spa's retail and treatment sales through genuine, informed recommendations
• Maintain the housekeeping standards guests expect from a luxury spa

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely warm, attentive, and detail-oriented with guests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Reliable and flexible, with availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
• Clear communicator and team player, comfortable making product recommendations without being pushy
• Male candidate required (see note above)
