At South 20 Dodge Chrysler, we're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. As the key connection between our guests and our service technicians, you'll build trust, communicate recommendations clearly, and keep customers informed throughout their service journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming Guests and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds, check in photos, all while building repour.
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
  • Ensuring your repair orders follow exactly the manufacturers' expectations and strict warranty compliance guidelines
  • Communicating technical service needs in a Guest come first way - Documenting your communications every step of the way
  • Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity -
  • Updating Your Guests throughout the Service Journey and managing expectations
  • Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring Guest satisfaction throughout the Service Journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required
  • A proven background in fast-paced customer service/Guest Experience or sales
  • Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
  • Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
  • Positive energy and a drive to exceed Guest expectations
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Experience on with PBS is a plus
