Responsibilities
- Manage operational administration of education applications, including due diligence/ completeness checks, tracker updates, and invoice/certificate follow-up
- Support performance management process coordination, including SuccessFactors status tracking, communication drafts, issue logs and basic reports
- Create SME content using Articulate 360, converting various types of resources into eLearning modules, quizzes, interactions, scripts and learner-friendly materials
- Support LMS / WinGD Campus operations, including course setup, catalog maintenance, eLearning upload/testing, user guidance, reporting, and learning records coordination
- Support program operations for various L&D activities, including timelines, cohort/participant trackers, regional coordination and provider research
- Coordinate internal learning requests, knowledge-sharing sessions, ad-hoc training needs by managing the intake pipeline, SMEs, agendas, materials, feedback and summaries
- Coordinate external training administration, including providers, registrations, various training & program administration, certificates, invoices, cost tracking and provider documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or related field
- Further training in L&D, instructional design, eLearning, digital learning or HR is an advantage
- Experience in L&D, training coordination, HR operations or employee development
- Basic instructional design and eLearning development skills; experience with Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating internal/external training providers, participants, certificates, invoices and training documentation
- Good reporting, tracker management, document control and SharePoint content management skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms and SharePoint
- English: very good to fluent spoken and written; company working language
- German: good to fluent spoken and written preferred
