Knowledge of HLAG products and ensuring customer requirements are met. Good knowledge of the business, longstanding process and overall exceptions prevention and management.

Import Documentation Task /Counter
• Review amendment requests and action them where applicable.
• Prompt response to all Amendment and supplementary request to customs, customers, and POL.
• OBL printing - Ensure OBL requests are attended too as fast as possible.
• Issue delivery order to customers and terminal.
• Ensure case is close as fast as possible.

Export Counter
• Issue Telex Release instruction or MTD.
• OBL printing
• Liaise with Operations for confirmation of Loaded containers.
• Handle customs Clearance and Loading.
• Attend to all customer queries.

Export GOMT & GIFU Task
• Quality work on GOMT picked for quick gate in on boxes picked for bookings- GIFU to improve cargo readiness.
• Quality work on GIFU to increase loading and volume/ Loaded as booked. and limit GIFU longstanding in the yard
• Guide and push customers on fast GATE IN FULL to increase cargo readiness and loadings.
• Result visible on Weekly GIFU volume and cargo readiness.
• Share progress on daily huddle meeting.
• Work together with sales PIC of customers account for quick GIFU /Empty return.
• Work with operations on equipment release control.

LONGSTANDING TASK
Equipment Longstanding Clearance & EMPTY RETURN

• IMPORT DIFU & GOFU - Communicate/Push customers on delivery of cargo that arrived on vessels to avoid and reduce longstanding.
• Daily push on Special cargoes- OOG/flat rack & Reefer Aggressive focus/push with all reefer customers for prompt delivery of reefer cargoes
• Ensure Daily and quality work on GOFU Task to return/retrieve company asset or push for replacement value if unit is missing.
• Communicate/Push customers and make consistent effort on prompt empty return to terminal to allow empties available for bookings.
• Receive and collate weekly/monthly report for longstanding visibility- Rane Manali's report to be used as central source, manual performance collation, Every Monday
• Follow up on waiver cases and Auction to reduce longstanding in yard.
• Share progress on Daily Huddle meeting.
• Ensure Macro longstanding push with QSC - Letters must be sent to avoid new shipments resulting on longstanding.
• Coordinate with QSC to perform longstanding follow up tasks in FIS i.e. postponement and abandonment.
• Send longstanding notifications to customers and POL according to the longstanding notification timeline.
• Prepare reports for weekly & Monthly meeting presentation.
• Block GOFU customers on ODEX.

• Computer literacy / Excel competency /Power Point
• Great communication skills; good command of written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of customer service is required
