Business Process Engineer

Aufgaben

• Analyze, design and optimize global business processes to improve efficiency, quality and transparency
• Drive process standardization and harmonization initiatives across countries, products and functions
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements, improvement opportunities and future process needs
• Lead process improvement initiatives and develop sustainable solution concepts aligned with business objectives
• Support business transformation, digitalization and system implementation projects
• Create and maintain process documentation, process maps and governance standards
• Facilitate workshops, foster cross-functional collaboration and actively promote process excellence across the organization
• Support testing, training and change management activities during process and system implementations
• Ensure compliance with defined process standards and best practices
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing throughout the organization

Profil

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process management, process engineering, logistics or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Project management skills and experience in cross-functional projects
• Ability to work independently and drive topics with a high degree of ownership
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Plus:

• Experience in process modelling, process optimization and business transformation initiatives
• Affinity for digitalization, automation and business applications
