You’ll make an impact by

• You are responsible for developing and structuring the overall SST system architecture for power electronics, ensuring a seamless integration of interfaces and a robust technical concept
• Building on this, you validate customer, market, and contractual requirements, clarify their feasibility, and translate them into actionable system requirements
• In the next step, you drive the evaluation of realization alternatives, guide the decision-making process, and ensure cost-efficient and timely implementation of the system, even under challenging and dynamic conditions
• Furthermore, you coach and motivate the system development team on all technical aspects, actively involving cross-functional experts from R&D, testing, manufacturing, logistics, service, and operations to ensure optimal results

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You hold a PHD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field with longterm professional and technical leadership experience
• Experience & Skills:

• You bring profound expertise in power electronics, with a proven track record in R&D and complex energy distribution projects
• You have several years of project management experience, including the preparation and presentation of reports and analyses for senior management
• You are skilled in leading interdisciplinary teams and guiding system architecture decisions in dynamic environments

• Ways of working: You work in a highly structured, analytical, and quality-oriented manner, demonstrating adaptability and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Languages: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
