Could you be the full-time Finance Support in Denmark we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial analysis and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Finance, Local Danish Finance, and International Project Management Work Package), support external customer invoicing, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of cash flow forecasting and reporting, but also support financial structures for new service projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the external customer invoicing process
- Regular follow-up of external cash-in activities
- Preparing weekly cash-in forecasts in Polaris
- Contributing to financial month-end closures
- Supporting the annual budget process and group forecasts
- Preparing adjustments for advance payment guarantees
- Managing foreign currency hedging processes in Denmark
- Providing local finance support for Danish units of the SA project (SAP, Planisware)
- Consolidating and controlling the international Project Management Work Package
- Delivering ad-hoc analysis and support for the MA project

- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience in project organizations is a plus
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Planisware
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive communication abilities within an international team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
