Maintenance Senior Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

To manage and maintain the scheduled & corrective maintenance operations of the assigned premises in terms of utilities and main facilities (air conditioning, electricity, civil, plumbing etc…) ensuring compliance with health and safety precautions and abide to bank regulations and SLAs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Premises Maintenance Management

1. Supervise & monitor the facility management services companies’ quality of deliverables and ensure its met with the agreed SLAs, while ensuring that the penalty scheme is adhered to in case of any violation.
2. To develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures that will ensure effective expenses management.
3. Supervise and co-ordinate maintenance activities of all stakeholders involved in premises construction in order to meet the approved quality standards.
4. Follow up on the maintenance requests and make sure that the maintenance companies are following the related SLAs.
5. Monitor the premises renovation project-taking place at the building to ensure the project end completion with ease operation.
6. Review expenses invoices to support effective payments and avoid any delays.
7. Initiate, follow up and deliver projects to enhance the working environment inside the bank premises and increase the performance efficiency of the bank equipment and assets.
8. Maintain the look & feel for CIB premises in alignment with the bank standards

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.

 Senior Engineer: 5-7 years of experience in the Maintenance field.

 Efficient Project Management Skills

 Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages.

 Managerial, Communication and Negotiation Skills

 Proficient user of MS Office applications
