Head of Shop Drawings

* Lead and manage the Architectural Shop Drawings / Technical Office team.

* Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of architectural shop drawings and technical details.

* Ensure shop drawings are accurate and aligned with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and technical issues.

* Manage team workload, priorities, deadlines, and drawing submissions across multiple projects.

* Coordinate with the Saudi head office/client team regarding technical requirements, comments, and approvals.

* Review material details and technical documentation related to architectural works.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the shop drawing team and ensure quality of deliverables.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

* 10+ years of experience in Architectural Shop Drawings / Technical Office.

* Previous experience working in a back-office setup with a Saudi company.

* Strong experience in Real Estate and Construction projects.

* Proven experience in managing large Shop Drawing / Technical Office teams.

* Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, coordination, and construction drawings.
