Logistics Specialist

About the Role:

• Responsible for managing logistics E2E, by supervising the inbound and outbound for BoF WH, 3PL warehouses and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading receiving inbound goods, sorting and checking the POs in different warehouses
• Maintaining Safety and Quality Standards in different warehouses
• Monitoring receiving Pull Plan from production, picking, put away and execution.
• Monitoring shuttling RPM between different warehouses
• Monitoring the execution of the production reservations for RMPM
• Monitoring the daily E2E activities between the Factory and 3PL
• Following up the daily E2E activities between the Factory and 3PL
• Monitoring the transportation of the FG between different warehouses
• Working on daily loading plans for orders on hand for local & export shipments
• Creating with the CDO & Planning the daily dispatching plan for all channels.
• Coordinate with export planner and the export logistics coordinator on the monthly plan.
• Coordinate with all the factory Departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance & Safety) in daily operations
• Monitoring the performance of the 3PL SLAs on monthly basis
• Monitoring the load ability efficiency of the trucks and work on improving it
• Creation of PR and POs for 3PLs and tracking their invoices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering.
• Plus 3-5 years experience
• Advanced skill in MS office, power BI is a plus
• SAP4HANNA is a plus
• Good Command of English
