Position Overview

Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in attracting and retaining outstanding talent for Siemens EDA. As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Cairo, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build quality candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. You'll drive recruitment across various functions, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This role is essential to our continued success as we grow our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition through candidate onboarding
• Write and post engaging job descriptions on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to attract qualified talent
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, industry job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient and seamless processes
• Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future job openings
• Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Provide insights to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate expectations
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update the ATS (Avature), Employee Referral Portal, Workday, and other recruitment tools

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the technology or EDA sector
• Demonstrated sourcing and networking skills across various recruitment platforms and tools
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to adapt to changing hiring needs

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
• Familiarity with EDA industry roles and requirements
• Knowledge of passive candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
• Experience with employee referral programs and talent communities
• Understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices
