Junior Operation Engineer

- Maintain the Garment IO system in factories, support onboarding, train factory teams, and respond to day-to-day inquiries.
- Manage and resolve operational and technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Analyze and document new-factory requirements and map manufacturing processes before deployment.
- Conduct regular factory visits for consultancy, system support, and training.
- Maintain clear, prompt, and accurate communication with factory stakeholders and internal teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, system adoption, account health, and ongoing customer success.
- Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, prepare accurate reports, and follow up on outstanding actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to train and support factory users.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP, MES, AI tools, or similar systems is an advantage.
Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Willing and able to travel frequently to factories within Egypt.
