• Diagnose faults in VFDs, servo drives, field sensors, control loops, and industrial communications (Profinet, Modbus).
• Calibrate and maintain specialized line automation components, including scales , X-ray inspection systems, metal detectors, and checkweighers.
• Carry out scheduled preventive electrical maintenance tasks on production and packaging lines to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns promptly, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and executing necessary repairs on control circuits and power lines.
• Document all electrical interventions, parameter adjustments, and fault logs accurately in the CMMS.
• Ensure high-speed production lines, packaging machinery, and key processing systems are fully operational during high-demand months.
Prioritize electrical troubleshooting based on production schedules and line urgency.
• Coordinate closely with production and quality teams for planned electrical modifications and power shutdowns.
