Activities

Missions :

Déployer des outils RH (CQP, Tutorat, ..) en lien avec nos accords

Effectuer des reportings et suivre les indicateurs de performance RH (Site, Groupe)

Piloter le plan de formation

Faire passer des entretiens de recrutements (internes, externes)

Effectuer des entretiens avec les salariés (demande RH, résolution de problèmes)

Communication RH : rédaction de notes, affichage, ...

Accompagner le RRH sur des projets RH (bilans, enquête de satisfactions, rémunération, analyses)

Préparation des séances avec les IRP, comptes rendus, convocations.

Préparation et présentation lors des commissions

Animation de sessions de formations, accueil RH de salariés.
